Book Review: Silenced 2: The Overtaking

Picture This book did not freak me out as much as the first one did. Amber is in a dark place after the death of her hometown friend, Sarah. While there she nearly dies herself. In the process of putting her life back together, it falls apart with everyone all but alienating her. But this is the second and final chapter to Amber Brown’s story.

I love the way RaeBeth Buda writes. It flows easily and that, for me, makes all that much harder to put down. However, her stories, so far, are on intense subjects. But she pulls off an amazing two-part story with the Silenced series dealing with one girl’s Depression.
